1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This includes order confirmation, quality check, and packing.

  • Pre-Orders may take within 10-20 business days. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

International

  • International Express: Estimated 4-15 business days
  • International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.

 

3) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping or shipping promotions may apply during campaigns (as stated on the promotion page).

 

4) Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS (if applicable).

  • If tracking doesn’t update within 24–48 hours, it’s often a carrier system delay—please check again later

  • Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, name, postcode, and phone number are correct and complete.

  • If a parcel is returned or delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, any reshipping or additional fees may be the customer’s responsibility


5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees charged by your local customs authority or carrier.

  • These charges are not collected by us and are outside our control. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 

6) Delays (Beyond Our Control)

Shipping delays can occur due to weather, flight/port congestion, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, public holidays, and other unforeseen events.

  • We will assist with tracking and follow-ups where possible, but shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

7) Split Shipments

  • If your order includes items from different batches/locations, it may be shipped in separate parcels to reduce waiting time.

  • Split shipments won’t incur extra shipping charges unless clearly stated at checkout.

8) Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears mishandled in transit:

    1. Photos of the outer packaging (including the shipping label)

    2. Photos of the inner packaging and items

    3. Your order number and tracking number

      Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

       

  • We will initiate a carrier investigation/claim when applicable and provide a resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation.
