We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
– Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging
– You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return shipping costs
– For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility / a flat AU$19.95 fee deducted from your refund / covered by Lovely Pink Cherry for Australian orders
– For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once approved.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review and offer a repair, replacement, refund or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
