Are these bags authentic?
Yes. We only list items that we reasonably believe to be genuine, sourced through reputable and lawful channels such as established beauty retailers, trusted distributors and certified resellers.
Each piece is checked by hand, photographed clearly and described honestly to the best of our knowledge. We do not knowingly sell fakes or replicas.

Are these boutique Chanel handbags or beauty promotional gifts?

How long is shipping?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:

Do you accept returns?
We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, we will work with you in line with our obligations under applicable consumer law. Because many of our products are high-value, limited and collectible items, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been used, worn or damaged after delivery.

Who pays customs duty and import taxes?
For orders delivered outside Australia, any import duties, taxes, VAT or customs charges are usually the responsibility of the buyer.
